Refunds, Exchanges and Returns
We want to make all of our customers happy so we will refund or exchange your article for change of mind within 10 days of receiving the article. They must be in the original condition, unused and undamaged. You will need to pay for postage for returns and we recommend you use registered post as Imané is not liable for lost postage.
For exchanges, you will need to post back your article and include a self addressed post pack for us to send the exchanged article back in.

OUR USUAL STORE POLICIES DO NOT APPLY FOR FACE MASKS. FOR SAFETY REASON FACE MASKS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED.
